Where We Deliver

 We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or the Virgin Islands at this time. As of the moment, we do not deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses.



As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 IMPORTANT - For large items like game tables or certain pieces of furniture please determine, before ordering, whether the product will fit through doorways, downstairs into basements, etc.  The cabinet size is the crucial dimension: the legs are installed by the customer, but the cabinet itself is not designed to be disassembled.  If an order will not fit into your home, then you will incur shipping charges both from and back to the factory, which can be expensive.  

 Additionally a restocking fee will be charged.


Orders are processed the same day they are received. Standard orders typically ship within 1-7 business days. Made-to-order items and custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer. Lead and delivery times vary by manufacturer. Any delivery time frames listed are just estimates and not guaranteed. 


 Most large items and game room tables – including but not limited to billiards, shuffleboards, table tennis, foosball, bubble hockey, and poker tables – ship freight. You will need to be at the delivery address when the driver arrives to accept the package and inspect it for damage.

 IMPORTANT - Please check for visible damage upon delivery of the game.  If there is significant damage, you must refuse the shipment as “damaged” and contact us as soon as possible.  We will work with the supplier to ship a replacement.  If there is minor damage, please note this on the bill of lading.  With hidden damage upon opening the box, please inform us as soon as possible, with minor damage we can send replacement parts to fix the product.

 If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage or if only the packaging is found to be damaged, you will be liable for all true freight costs (to and from the delivery address) and a 25% restocking fee.

 NOTE - Our larger items may require 2 to 4 people and/or a 4-wheel furniture dolly to move to your location for assembly.  Furthermore, some basic tools to cut the banding and assemble the game will be required.  Please check options or inquire with us about white glove delivery and assembly services.


Standard Delivery:

  • Shipping is free for all items purchased
  • Free shipping for large items is for curbside delivery unless another option is selected

Regular, small and lightweight parcels are shipped via FedEx and UPS. Transit times vary nationwide from 1-5 days.

 No signature is required (unless delivered to a business location). The driver will leave your parcel in a dry and safe area in case no one receives the package or leave a note with directions in obtaining your parcel if there is no safe location to leave it.

Delivery for Large Items

Curbside Delivery: Free

 It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item. We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.


Curbside Liftgate Delivery: $89

You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase . The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.


Front Door/Garage Delivery: $174

The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or in your garage. It is your responsibility to then move the item to the final location. 


White Glove Delivery: $720 

A 2-man team will bring your item inside your home and set-up the item for you. 

With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice. If the delivery address is difficult to access, if there is more than one flight of stairs, or if another obstacle presents itself, additional charges may apply.  

The carrier will deliver during business hours, from Monday thru Friday. You will receive a call to schedule an appointment, giving you a 4-hour window. Incurred charges are given for missed schedules.

Assembly Service: The carrier will offer light set-up (e.g. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other) limited to 30 minutes. 

For any of the options selected for large product delivery you must inspect the products in the order at the time of delivery.  If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, follow these exact instructions:


  1. If it’s visibly damaged prior to unpacking REFUSE DELIVERY.
  2. Note any damage (rips, holes, crushed cardboard) to the package on the delivery bill. 
  3. Note any missing items.
  4. Take photographs of all sides of the box as proof of damage.
  5.  Send the photos to so we can process an insurance claim/replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
